Once installed, go back to your computer screen and click “Next”.
How to configure Microsoft Authenticator with your MUST account?
- After installing, open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
- If this is your first time, you’ll need to sign in with a personal Microsoft account (or create one if needed).
- Tap Add account (or the + icon in the top corner).
Select “Work or school account” > “Scan a QR code”
- The app will request camera access — allow it, as you’ll need to scan a QR code.
- On your computer, access the portal or system that requires two-factor authentication (2FA).
- When the QR code appears, point your phone’s camera at it.
Your @student.mustedu.com account will be added
4. What to do after setup?
Now you can access your MUST/Microsoft account and use tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar, and Outlook.
✔️ To simplify future logins, select "Don't show this again" and click "Yes".

All communication from MUST to students will be sent to your institutional email (@student.mustedu.com) on Outlook. Be sure to check it regularly!
