After enrolling at MUST University, you'll receive an email titled "Microsoft Azure AD Account credentials" in your personal inbox. This email includes your student account details (@student.must.com), which are necessary to:

  • Access the Student Portal

  • Sign documents

  • Make payments

  • Enter the AVA learning system

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Find your credentials

  • Check your personal email (including spam/junk folder)

  • Look for a message with the subject: Microsoft Azure AD Account credentials

  • The message includes your institutional email and a temporary password


Step 2: Access the Microsoft portal

⚠️ Important: If you're already signed in to another Microsoft account (like personal Outlook or OneDrive), log out or use an incognito window 


Step 3: Create your new password

  • The system will prompt you to change your password

  • Enter the temporary password

  • Choose and confirm a new one
