Description
Starting in January 2024, submitting a Webquest activity at MUST University requires confirmation. Many students assume uploading a file is sufficient, but you must follow all steps and confirm the submission.
Here are the two most common situations:
1. Submission still marked as “Draft”
If your activity is still in “Draft” status, the system did not register a completed submission.
You have been granted an additional 3 days to edit and submit your Webquest properly.
✅ How to avoid this issue next time?
Always click “Save and Submit” or “Confirm submission”.
Make sure you receive the final confirmation message.
2. File was not properly submitted, but the professor graded it
In some cases, the instructor grades the file, but the system still shows “Late” or “Incomplete.”
If your grade has been posted, you can ignore the late status. It won’t impact your performance.
How to correctly submit your Webquest
Go to your virtual classroom and open the Webquest activity.
Upload your file (Word or PDF).
Click on "Save and Submit" or "Confirm submission".
Wait for the system to confirm the submission.
Double-check the submission status.
