To see which courses you have already completed, what your next course is, and how your program is progressing, log in to the Student Portal (Orbund) and use the Reports & Transcript > Semester Report report.
Before You Start
- The program is organized into sequential courses, following the academic calendar — it is not possible to take courses ahead of schedule or skip steps, even if you have the time available.
How It Works
The Student Portal (Orbund) brings together, by semester, all the courses you have been or are currently enrolled in, letting you check both your current course and your history. The standard master's program structure is 11 required courses followed by the final stage (Capstone/TCF); for doctoral programs, the structure may vary by program.
Step by Step
- Log in to the Student Portal (Orbund) with your institutional login.
- In the left-hand menu, select Reports & Transcript.
- Click Semester Report.
- In the upper-left corner of the screen, choose the semester you want to check.
- The courses you were enrolled in during that semester will be displayed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take courses ahead of schedule or take more than one at a time?
No. Each course follows MUST's academic calendar, with no option to move ahead.
How do I know when my next course starts?
The start date is posted on the AVA announcement board and can also be checked with the Academics department.
I failed a course. Does that change my study plan?
Yes — you may need to retake the course before moving forward. See the article "Course Repeats in MUST Programs" for details on the process.
When is an advisor assigned in my program?
Only at the Capstone/TCF stage, after completing and passing all required courses in the program. Until then, each course has its own instructor.
