4. Step-by-Step Instructions

How does the course evaluation work?

  • All courses include a mandatory final assessment.

  • The test will be available for 7 days, from Sunday to Saturday, during the last week of the course.

  • It includes 10 multiple-choice questions.

  • Once started, you will have 2 hours to complete it.

  • No consultation is allowed. Set aside time to take the test calmly.


Pin  How to access the evaluation?

  1. Go to the LMS – Learning Management System

  2. On the AVA home page, all your courses will be listed.
    • Click on the current course (the one in progress).

  3. Inside the course, you will see all materials and activities.
    • Scroll down until you find the “Assessment” block and click on the “Assessment” item.

  4. On the next page, click “Start attempt”.
  5. A pop-up with time instructionswill appear.
    • Read carefully and click “Start attempt” again.

  6. The question and answer pagewill open.
    • Read each question carefully and select your answer.

    • Remember: the test has a 2-hour limit.

    • The countdown timer will be visible on the screen.

  7. After answering and reviewing everything:
    • Click “Finish attempt” at the bottom of the page.

  8. A summary screenof your attempt will appear.
    • Review to ensure all questions are answered.

    • If everything is correct, click “Submit all and finish”.

    • If you need to make changes, click “Return to attempt”.

  9. A confirmation pop-upwill appear.
    • If you agree, click “Submit all and finish”.

  10. You will see the review screenshowing your answered questions.
    • At the end, click “Finish review”.

    • Your grade will be displayed automatically.

If a failure occurs:

  • Open a support ticket immediately so that the academic and technical teams can follow up.

  • Your grade appears right after you complete the test.

  • The answer key and feedback will be released after the assessment period ends, according to the academic calendar.
