Step-by-step Instructions

Step 1: Access the support portal

  • Open your internet browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Edge)

  • Type the address of the support portal (provided by the university) and press Enter

  • Log in using the same email and password you used to open the ticket


Step 2: Go to the “Tickets” tab

  • After logging in, look for a tab or button called “Tickets” in the top or side menu

  • Click it to open the list of all your submitted tickets


Step 3: Use filters to find specific tickets

  • At the top of the screen, use filters such as:
