How to request the Payment Statement?
If you have an institutional email:
Your statement will be available in the Student Portal:
Go to: https://must.orbundsis.com/
Click “Files and Forms” (upper left corner).
If you don’t see this tab, click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Click “Forms”.
Select “Payment Statement 2025”.
Click SUBMIT, then PRINT FORM to generate the PDF.
If you DO NOT have an institutional email:
You must request it by opening a ticket.
Go to: https://mustedustudents.freshdesk.com/pt-BR/support/tickets/new
Fill in your information.
In the Subject field, write: PAYMENT STATEMENT FOR INCOME TAX
Select the FINANCIAL department.
In Type of Question/Support – Financial, select PAYMENT STATEMENT.
Submit the ticket and wait for a reply via email.
MUST's CNPJ and how to declare
MUST University is a U.S. institution and therefore does not have a CNPJ.
You should declare the values under “Education Expenses Abroad” — CNPJ is not required.
