How to request the Payment Statement?

If you enrolled at MUST from October 2023 onward:
The statement will be available on your Student Portal.

  1. Go to: https://must.orbundsis.com/

  2. Click on "Files and Forms" (top left corner).

    • If you don’t see this tab, click the three dots in the top right corner.

  3. Click on "Forms".

  4. Select the “Informe de Rendimentos” form.

  5. Click SUBMIT and then PRINT FORM to download the PDF.


If you enrolled before October 2023:
You need to request the statement via a support ticket.

  1. Access: https://mustedustudents.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new

  2. Fill in your information.

  3. In the Subject field, write: PAYMENT STATEMENT FOR TAX PURPOSES.

  4. Select the FINANCIAL department.

  5. Under Type of Financial Question or Support, choose: PAYMENT STATEMENT.

  6. Submit the ticket and wait for a reply by email.
