When can I request my Payment Statement?

  • You should request it after the end of the current fiscal year.
  • Example: To declare 2025 expenses, the document will be available starting January 2026

How to request the Payment Statement?

If you have an institutional email: 

Your statement will be available in the Student Portal:

  1. Go to: https://must.orbundsis.com/

  2. Click “Files and Forms” (upper left corner).

  3. If you don’t see this tab, click the three dots in the upper right corner.

  4. Click “Forms”.

  5. Select “Payment Statement 2025”.

  6. Click SUBMIT, then PRINT FORM to generate the PDF.


If you DO NOT have an institutional email: 

You must request it by opening a ticket.

  1. Go to: https://mustedustudents.freshdesk.com/pt-BR/support/tickets/new

  2. Fill in your information.

  3. In the Subject field, write: PAYMENT STATEMENT FOR INCOME TAX

  4. Select the FINANCIAL department.

  5. In Type of Question/Support – Financial, select PAYMENT STATEMENT.

  6. Submit the ticket and wait for a reply via email.


MUST's CNPJ and how to declare

  • MUST University is a U.S. institution and therefore does not have a CNPJ.

  • You should declare the values under “Education Expenses Abroad” — CNPJ is not required.

  • Tip: Inform this to your accountant.
